What Kind of Beats Do I Get From Here?

There are two types of agreements made upon purchasing any beat: Non-Exclusive and Exclusive.

Non-Exclusive Rights:
This is what you want to get if you plan on making a mixtape, doing a show, pretty much anything to get your name out there along with making some money as well. You will receive a full length beat, without those annoying tags. You can distribute up to 2,000 copies of the finished song, in any way you like. Once the distribution limit is up, you must either purchase Exclusive rights or purchase Non-Exclusive rights again. You'll receive the beat instantly after purchase, via a download link sent to your email. The beat will be in a high quality format (320 Kbps) so you're getting better than what most people offer already. Some tracks may contain sampled material, in which cases, it is up to the artist to achieve sample clearance.

Exclusive Rights:
This is what you're looking for if you're serious about this Industry. If you plan on making some good money off of a beat and you're going to use it on a professional label, or if you simply don't want anyone else to use the beat again. Ever. Exclusive beats are 100% YOURS. The beat will never be resold ever again and you'll have the contract to prove it. Exclusive prices can be found on the "Beats" page, in the flash store. Prices vary, but it wouldn't do you any harm to contact me about any prices, if your budget is looking a bit tight, you may still be able to walk away with the beat.
